Gill are completing two major developments in Sheffield for one of the city’s leading developer Velocity.

Tenter Street and Velocity tower are two of the most prominent developments in Sheffield with the tower scaling some 22 stories.

Gill are providing most of the facade elements including Architectural louvers, Glass and cladding to the structure whilst Gill’s sister company Dynamic Smoke Control Ltd are providing the smoke control to the basement car park and the corridor automatic vent system at Tenter Street.

Totalling some £1.5-£2.0 million pounds the project displays Gills wide ranging ability to offer a selection of services and expertise.
