75EP Extruded Aluminium Louvre

Constructed from 1.5mm extruded aluminium. Blades are set at 75mm centres and pitched at 45°. The blades are snap fitted into engineering nylon brackets allowing linear expansion without distortion or rattling and supported by 3mm structural grade aluminium concealed vertical mullions, complete with extruded framed or flanged trim to suit. All finished in either mill, anodise or polyester powder coat from the available range of standard solid and metallic colours.

Where a high degree of weathering is required the 75EP is considered to hold the weathering characteristics of a double banked louvre in a single banked format. This is achieved by the polypropylene Vermin/Weather guard 'snap-fitted' between the blades and with the inclusion of the weather-lip this combination makes a highly effective louvre.

The 75EP offers a 98% effectiveness at rejecting rain when tested to the BSRIA/Hevac method of Weather Testing louvres. (Natural Ventilation).

Available as panels or assemblies (any size), roof top, cladding or general louvre screens including doors, corners, triangles, circles and rakes.
